This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “Licensee”) and Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. (“Licensor”). By installing, accessing, or using the services provided by Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Services.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services, including any associated software, content, and materials, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Services to any third party.
• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Services.
• Use any automated systems, bots, or software to access the Services for any purpose.
• Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights, remain with Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. and its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Services by using them.

4. Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and destroy any copies in your possession. Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor does it warrant that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for the resolution of any disputes.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the same.
