At Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc., we take the protection of intellectual property seriously and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how copyright owners can submit a notice of alleged infringement, how users can submit a counter-notice, and how we handle claims of infringement on our platform.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, and believe that content on Boss Uncaged OmniMedia Inc. infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. The notice must include the following information to be valid under the DMCA:

- A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on the owner’s behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature (a typed name at the end of an email is acceptable if submitted electronically).

If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice was done so mistakenly or based on incorrect identification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our designated agent. The Counter-Notice must include:
- Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including the location (e.g., specific URL) where the content appeared before it was removed.
